Mr. Lloveras is the founder and principal of Golden State Development.
Since the founding of Golden State Development, he has been responsible for the strategic direction,
overall management of the firm, pursuit of new development opportunities, and oversight of planning,
financing and construction of the development portfolio.
Prior to founding Golden State Development in 2018, Mr. Lloveras served as Project Manager for
Greenberg Farrow, Inc. and AP General Contractors where he managed and oversaw day to day development
operations for Starbucks Coffee Company in Northern and Southern California as well as several commercial, high end, and multi family residential projects in Orange County and City of Los Angeles.
Mr. Lloveras graduated from Woodbury University in Burbank with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture
and a Master in Architectural Design from the University of California in Los Angeles.
He is also a licensed contractor.
